I’ve been dealing with scoliosis for over 10 years and the pain associated with my spinal condition has often caused me to have trouble sleeping. I usually wake up at about 3-4am every morning and have to take pain medicine. After one session with Goddess Harmony, I had been sleeping a lot better. I wasn’t waking up in the middle of the night and in the morning, I lowered my ibuprofen dosage and used the guided meditation to help naturally relieve myself of any remaining pain.
